My 3-Ingredient Glow Mask

What It Does

Raw honey calms inflammation and hydrates. Chamomile soothes irritation and helps with redness. And clay draws out excess oil – without stripping the skin. Perfect for sensitive, hormonal skin.


What You Need


1 tsp raw honey (unheated)
1 tsp white clay (e.g. kaolin or French green)
1–2 tsp chamomile tea (cooled, strong brew)
(optional: 1 drop of cold-pressed jojoba or hemp seed oil)

Mix in a small bowl, apply to clean skin, leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and press in a little aloe vera afterwards. Avoid the eye area.
